چکیده
Oxidative stress is linked with inflammation, diabetic complications, and advanced glycation end products formation. Intake of flavonoid-rich foods has been reported to have a beneficial effect on human health. The aim this study was verify the therapeutic potential Phyllanthusemblica Azadiractha indica against other oxidative stress-induced complications such as inflammation using in vitro study. Ethanol extracts Phyllanthus emblica fruit pulp dried leaf were prepared investigate anti-inflammatory anti-glycating potentials. In DPPH assay, EC50 value extract P. A. found be 1532.36 ± 0.17 1380.61 0.27 µg/mL, respectively. FRAP 86.6 32.12 µg ascorbic acid/100 mg dry weight extract. maximum percentage H2O2 scavenging activity 71.30% 67.38%, Extracts showed inhibition heat-induced BSA denaturation by 62.42% 53.00%, egg albumin, 50.84%% 44.31%, hemolysis 54.44% 50.21%. Both (600 µg/mL) significantly reduced browning, structural changes, aggregation, AGEs Our biophysical studies confirmed formation inhibiting extracts. Thus, our findings confirm that these are rich source antioxidants may utilized prevent destruction biomolecules, glycation, therapy variety health problems, including inflammation. Further, combination extremely useful preventing treating problems.

Aging is the progressive accumulation of damage to an organism over time leading to disease and death. Aging research has been very intensive in the last years aiming at characterizing the pathophysiology of aging and finding possibilities to fight age-related diseases. Various theories of aging have been proposed. In the last years advanced glycation end products (AGEs) have received particula...
متن کاملAdvanced glycation end products, soluble receptor for advanced glycation end products, and risk of colorectal cancer.
BACKGROUND Advanced glycation end products (AGE) accumulate in human tissue proteins during aging, particularly under hyperglycemia conditions. AGEs induce oxidative stress and inflammation via the receptor for AGEs (RAGE) and soluble RAGE (sRAGE) can neutralize the effects mediated by RAGE-ligand engagement. METHODS We examined the association between N(ε)-(carboxymethyl)lysine (CML), a prom...
متن کاملAdvanced glycation end products and diabetic nephropathy.
Chronic hyperglycemia and oxidative stress in diabetes results in the formation and accumulation advanced glycation end products (AGEs). AGEs have a wide range of chemical, cellular, and tissue effects that contribute to the development of microvascular complications. In particular, AGEs appear to have a key role in the diabetic nephropathy. Their importance as downstream mediators of tissue in...
متن کاملEffect of Dietary Advanced Glycation End Products on Mouse Liver
UNLABELLED The exact pathophysiology of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) is not known. Previous studies suggest that dietary advanced glycation end products (AGEs) can cause oxidative stress in liver. We aim to study the effects of dietary AGEs on liver health and their possible role in the pathogenesis of NASH. METHODS Two groups of mice were fed the same diet except the AGE content vari...
